Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Systems do not have to be complicated and cumbersome.

Our approach is to assess your current practices, determine any gaps, address them and assist you in gaining certification to the applicable standards, normally ISO 9001:2008

We have worked with over 500 organisations to obtain their certification, both nationally and internationally.

About ISO 9001 (Quality Assurance)

The quality assurance standard ISO 9001 is used by businesses to ensure delivery of quality products and services to customers.

The goal of Quality Assurance is to meet the customers requirements.

Documents and procedures required by ISO 9001 are used to describe how a company will meet customer requirements

Furthermore, there are some practical additions to this standard that are focused on system management (See the PDCA Cycle). These system management requirements are designed to integrate with other management system standards e.g. ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and OHSAS 18001 & AS/NZS 4801 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).

Meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 shows your commitment to delivering quality products and services to your customer.

Quality assurance does not guarantee a quality product nor should the quality assurance logo or stamp of approval be placed on the product as it is the company and not the product or service that is quality assured.

ISO 9001:2008 is the most recognised quality assurance or qa system standard internationally.
